Some time shortly after Aug 8 17:47:26 EST, the caretakers of relays.mail-abuse.org deleted all the TXT records from the zone, to make it smaller. As a result,
rblsmtpd no longer believes there are any hosts listed there. This patch provides a new option to rblsmtpd that enables it to recognize A records, so the relaying
scum may be blocked again.
