I tried the two options but still don't worked, but the error
changed , the command :
atm set arpserver it0 3900112233...
isn't returning error , but when I pinged to the gateway :
ping 192.168.202.1
ping:sendto: Network is down
ping:sendto: Network is down
ping:sendto: Network is down
And then ? Is missing anything ?

It looks like you are missing:
atm_sigmgr_idt0="uni31"
