The specs are i166MMX / 16MB(80 max) / 2.1GB / 12.1 TFT @ 800x600x16 / 4 lbs, 1.2" thick, basically full-sized keyboard, trackpoint (the red 'pencil eraser') pointing device, SBPro compat sound, external floppy drive, IrDA port. The video is Trident Cyber9382, i.e. supported by XFree86. I wish I'd known microwarehouse (www.microwarehouse.com) had 'em this cheap when I bought mine 3 weeks ago -- I paid about $700 more and I felt like it was a great buy until I saw this. :/ This isn't FreeBSD-specific but I wanted FreeBSD folks to get 'em. It's really an incredible deal. (IBM just discontinued it recently.) You probably couldn't buy just the screen much cheaper. It works great for FreeBSD.
