Hi, The mysql configure script trys to run "ps" to determine what operating system it is running. Unfortunately, this causes quite a few problems when trying to build ports in a chrooted environment. Besides, I don't think it's a very smart thing to do anyway. Is it possible to patch it to use some of the more standard methods (like calling "uname") to find out what it wants?
