I always read UPDATING before upgrading my ports. I had done what's in
20140219 before I tried to update gtk-doc. BTW, I also had a problem
with sysutils/upower (found a workaround by defining
NO_INSTALL_MANPAGES), and currently have a docbook-related problem with
misc/freebsd-doc-en (after a recent update).
