Sure there is. You just need to partition yourself another 128MB of swap
space, and then start using it.

If this is going to be a big hassle in your situation, you might want to
ask yourself if you really need more swap. If you system was working OK
with 64MB RAM/128MB swap, remember you have 128MB RAM/128MB swap, so
paging will be reduced (therefore, less swap required for the same
application).
