	We have two pcs running FreeBSD with 2940 and Trio64V+ fine.
	One is ruinning freebsd-2.2-9508xx-current with 2940U and Trio64V+.
	The other is running 2.2-960530-CURRENT with 2940 and Trio64V+.
	Both of them are using ASUS T2P4 MB.
