i've changed <fill-path-to>/ to

/usr/local/java/JAKARTA/build/tomcat/conf/

and yes i include it in httpd.conf

alexus@~$ grep mod_jk /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
Include /usr/local/java/JAKARTA/build/tomcat/conf/mod_jk.conf-auto
