The opportunity has always been there for another company to promote and profit from FreeBSD. Not a single one has shown any interested. Pacific Hi-Tech did for a short time, but then wandered off into obscurity. Rich Morin as much as admitted he missed the boat on FreeBSD and made Bob Bruce's business by doing so at FreeBSD Con last year. So, if you know of a disc vendor who wants to get into the FreeBSD business, tell them to go right ahead.
