Well, that's an X library you're missing there, so if you mean that 
you don't have X installed, that's your problem. You'll want to 
rebuild cvsup with the WITHOUT_X11 variable set. or download a 
staticly-linked, no-X package. I believe John Polstra has them for 
download but I forget where (maybe somebody else will tell you).
