  Yes I just solve my problem! I knew it! it was the driver !!

  The driver version was 5.1.4. It only sees 20Mbps. I found driver
version 5.1.7 in redhat's 5.2 updated kernel sources(specifically
kernel-source-2.0.36-3.i386.rpm and headers). and I copy the drivers
over my old 5.1.4 and of course pci and scsi header files in kernel
source. I recompile and it worked ! magic! :-))
