removed gecko from PLUGIN_USES

Just rebuilt java/icedtea-web with the attached patch and it seems to be
working fine. I am far from knowing all that gecko provides, but I removed
gecko from PLUGIN_USES in the Makefile just to get rid of the libxul
dependency.

libxul has been archived by Mozilla, currently has multiple vulnerabilities,
and cannot be updated on FreeBSD:

My method of removing it as a dependency may not be correct.
