Hi folks, ftp.leo.org aka ftp4.de.freebsd.org and cvsup3.de.freebsd.org has a major connection problem. The carrier link to our site is offline, so our whole site runs on a backup link with much reduced capacity (100mbps). ftp.leo.org needs to be restricted, since the backup link is charged per traffic. German Telecom is working on the problem, so far an interface on an SDH-MUX has failed and cannot be replaced easily. Check: finger 1897@noc.dfn.de for details in german.
