first of two patches to remove alsa requirements from OpenJDK

I am porting OpenFortranParser:
https://github.com/OpenFortranProject/open-fortran-parser

It requires OpenJDK 1.7 but the current build of OpenJDK requires ALSA which
isn't even installed on my system nor do I want to install it.

These patches allows OpenJDK 1.7 to build w/o needing to link in libasound.=
so

Can we have these changes applied so that for users who do not want ALSA can
install OpenJDK w/o it?
