My internet provider (Tellus in Canada) will not allow me to run a server of any type. I have been for the past 4 months (Apache & FTP). I am afraid if I set up a DNS server I will be found or they will not propaget my DNS information. Is there a way to get around this? Or is this how ISP's catch you hosting servers?
