There are still several issues, like:
- How do I get the Mhz value in STABLE. The port currently needs linprocfs
which is ugly. (On CURRENT there is hw.clockrate)
- It does not play sound here, but it looks like a portaudio problem,
I have to read the portaudio documentation.
- The jack port does not install its documentation
- I have not looked at the patch for the oss output plugin.
- patch-jack.h makes assumptions, that may be incorrect on FreeBSD 4.x alpha.

I am trying to fix at least some of the issues, but I haven't set a
maintainer, so anyone that fixes the open issues, can have it.

If you would like to hack on the port, remove the BROKEN tag,
I am happy to test any patches.

regards
tilman
