Hi All,

trying to install from boot.flp (std 2.1.5) on a thinkpad760eld
using a 3com etherlink III pcmcia (3c589) i receive the following
boot messages. i've set both zp0 (3com) and ze0 (ibm) to the
irq/port used in win95 and the standard 10/300 for the 3com card
but to no avail. oddly enough ze/ibm describes the card and
zp/3com doesn't. Any ideas what's up?

Thanks,
David

...config...
ze0 IBM National Semiconductor PCMCIA Ethernet adapter
zp0 3Com PCMCIA Etherlink III Ethernet adapter

...boot output...
ze: pcmcia slot 0: 3Com Corporation~3C589~TP/BNC LAN Card Ver. 1a~000001
ze: slot 1: no card in slot
ze0 not found at 0x300
zp: found card in slot 0
zp0 not found at 0x300
