This port is suppose to install apache with a bunch of standard dso modules including frontpage which allows the use of the ms/frontpage windows client web site content builder and publishing to the apache server. The port is also suppose to include the frontpage admin extensions which is a apache server web site that is used to manage and control the apache/frontpage server from a browser.
