Output of "sysctl dev.ice" when the NICs are crashed

I reproduced the bug again with an INVARIANTS kernel and debug.bootverbose =
set.
There were no new console messages. I also captured the output of "sysctl
dev.ice" after the NICs crashed. The full transcript is attached, but a few
things stand out:

* For both in-use NICs, the value of hw.mac.rx_length_errors is just shy of
2^32
* Many sysctls could not be read, leading to console messages like "Could n=
ot
acquire current LLDP persistence status, err ICE_ERR_AQ_EMPTY aq_err OK"
