Well, no, I don't intend to add any modified select() yet. Perhaps when (and if) we add pselect (the variant that uses timespec instead of timeval) I might make a case for modifying timeout. I still think it is the right thing to do. Though I suppose some people might come after me with pitchforks. Stephen.
