xca fix

xca does not work at present with OpenSSL 1.0.1i. Attached patch fixes that.
The solution is taken from upstream:

http://sourceforge.net/p/xca/patches/14/
http://gitweb.hohnstaedt.de/?p=projects/xca.git;a=commitdiff;h=4f7cd417320215c8ed3567536cbf2ca008946c38#patch1

(second link broken at present)

The patch also fixes LICENSE, renames patch files to canonical names and
simplifies plist after the recent changes to pkg.

Can you(maintainer) review and approve this patch? Thanks!
