Maintainer update of mail/mutt-devel:

	- Upgrade to 1.5.4.
	- Fix a buffer overflow in mutt's IMAP client code.
	- Remove WITHOUT_MUTT_SMIME_OUTLOOK_COMPAT knob
	- The WITHOUT_MUTT_NNTP and the WITH_MUTT_SIGNATURE_MENU knob are not
	  available at the moment.
	- Fix a wrong checksum in distinfo.
