PREFIX is set to LOCALBASE by default (somewhere in bsd.port.mk.). LINUXBASE may rewrite PREFIX (somewhere in bsd.port.mk.). Hence PREFIX=/opt is too much. I would write the environment variables in ${PREFIX}/etc/poudriere.conf shell script :) . Regards.
