The sendmsg means your transmit ion is over driving the buffer space
because your WAN output bandwidth is insufficient to keep up with your 
output rate.  PCM takes a full 64K bandwidth.  Try using gsm with its
13K/sec rate or lpc4 with a 9.6K/sec rate.
