It might belong to gnome@ because I am only aware that gnome is the remaining ports user of this port. (I'm quite possibly wrong about this.) It's telling you (very poorly) that Samba v3.6 is no longer supported by the samba folks and you should stop using it and that it is scheduled to be deleted at hte end of June. Unfortunately, the Gnome v2 VFS stuff still depends on it and a lot of MATE depends on gnome VFS. The Gnome folks are not likely to do anything to fix a problem with Gnome2 stuff.
