I'm trying to install the August SNAP via FTP from wcarchive, and it's
failing.  If I manually FTP to the machine, go into /pub/FreeBSD, and
do "ls", it hangs for a really long time and then returns nothing at all.
I get the same behavior from all the mirror sites I have tried, too.

Any advice?  Where can I pick up the SNAP (or even the 2.1.5 release)
via FTP?
