the dist file is still at the location listed in the Makefile. The
problem seems to be that ftp.clark.net now has a 50 user limit and
seems to be frequently at the limit. I had to try 4 or 5 time before
I could get in, and that was the middle of the night in the US.
Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any other mirrors for vile-7.1.

I consider that there is no action required.
