I use RCS, and was wondering if anyone had already gone through the exercise of writing something similar. It would appear that the task is a bit different, since you have to look in the RCS file for a tag, but if the wheel has already been invented, I'd rather not do it all over again. If someone has done it, can I suggest submitting it for inclusion in the 2.2 release ?
