Name it src_Makefile.in or Makefile.in1 and Makefile.in2 or whatever. It doesn't really matter. It helps you in finding the correct patch anyways. All these "help, what happens for duplicate filenames" arguments seems, as if you guys are just MACHINES that can only do one thing: Processing ports, and if a race condition occurs you guys get a Segmentation fault.
