Then build a filesystem in a file using /dev/vn#, then copy the filesystem image into your kernel binary using /usr/src/release/write_mfs_in_kernel.c. You might what to take a look at http://thewall.sourceforge.net , it's a set of configuration trees for PicoBSD for creating firewalls. There are trees for the net4501 and generic PCs.
