The STB PC TV will work fine in Win95 if you uprade your video drivers. We have found that the STB card relies heavily on DirectX in Win95, and older drivers that aren't DirectX 3.0 ready have trouble. Upgrade to the latest and greatest from the chip maker, and it works fine.
