I've just dowloaded and installed the binary package of OpenOffice 1.1RC4 from http://projects.imp.ch/openoffice/ I hope that I do not use a very wrong address when writing to you, but this seems to be the best address I can find to send a bug-report, as none of the links on the page seems to work. Installation of OO1.1RC4 went smooth, no problems there. I'm also able to run it as root without any problems (besides I don't like running an app like this as root). Only when I start it as a user, I'll get a SegFault after a few seconds of normal operation during the setup procedure. I've seen somewhere that it may be necessary to run have the jre1.4, but I'm running 1.3.1 so far. May this be the problem? I would appreciate any hints.
