Hi Garrett, I know that you don't like to have PR's assigned to you, so I thought I'd include a request for your comments in the audit trail for this PR. You added LEAPSECONDS to the zoneinfo Makefile in rev 1.6. Do you think it's appropriate to add a commented out entry for it to etc/defaults/make.conf ? Ciao, Sheldon.
