The CVS repository may well be working, but last I checked (last
Thursday) the CTM deltas were not being updated on ftp.freebsd.org.  The
most recent CTM delta was March 13th.  I, too, need to use CTM rather
than cvsup because of our firewall configuration.  I would really like
to get updated from 4.2-RELEASE to 4.3-STABLE, but I guess it'll have to
wait a while.  Anyone know why the CTM deltas haven't been getting
updated?
