This looks like a mix between 2.2.2 and 2.2.5-stable ports. The
-stable port of tiff34 installs its header files into
${PREFIX}/include/tiff34. All the ports depending on tiff34 have been
changed accordingly.

These are leftovers from an older tiff34 port.
