  Rearrange some id tags.  This, combined with the Apache redirects I've
  sent to nik, will fix the broken links to current.html and stable.html
  scattered throughout the web site.  This will also fix the existing
  issue with cutting-edge.html where it just reloads instead of going to
  current.html as it should.
