the patch

- Mark BROKEN with openssl111 and FreeBSD 12.x
- Fix plist
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Add LICENSE=20
- Update WWW, clean up Makefile

QA:
poudriere 112amd64 - OK
portlint - no errors. There are a few warnings I wasn't able to get rid of.=
