Unless you forsee any need to recompile sendmail - in which case you
should grab the current (8.8.6) distribution from ftp.sendmail.org - try
downloading everything you find at
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/src/usr.sbin/sendmail/cf/
These are the files you'd find at /usr/src/usr.sbin/sendmail/cf/ if
you'd installed source, and are all you need to build your .cf via m4.

You'll probably find that the example configuration files are all you
need to help you build your .cf, but if not, holler!
