You might want to check the last few > messages that were exchanged on the topic. Sad part is, is that I'm not sure much of this matters. When _I_ need vtXXX emulation, I don't rebuilt a pcvt kernel. I simply run "screen" :-). That fixes many problems, as well as offers cut-and-paste and its other unique features..
