I've tried setting: mydestination = mysite.com, mail.mysite.com and it has no affect. The main.cf on my new machine is exactly the same as the main.cf on my old machine except for: virtual_alias_domains = mysite.com, mail.mysite.com which contains the domain of my new machine. master.cf is also identical. Is there a verbose mode I can put postfix into to see that the issue is? It should also be noted that mysite.com is a postfix virtual domain. This was true of my old machine as well, but I don't know if that matters. Sending email to todd@myserver.net produces the same MX error.
