[PATCH] benchmarks/vegeta: making better use of Ports' Go framework

here I introduced the 'USES=3D go' to the Makefile; it was using only
BUILD_DEPENDS to get Go working.

so, this patch uses GO_CMD and GO_ENV from the ports framework and pushed t=
he
standard environment variables to the build process.
