The DHCP errors are normal, I get them on my box.  

Check your interrupt settings for your Ethernet card.

> httpd: cannot determine local host name.
> Use the ServerName directive to set it manually.

Do what it says -- you need to set up Apache.  Edit
/usr/local/etc/apache/httpd.conf.
