Nothing happending. ps -x shows: >=20 > 3020 p5 I+ 0:00.70 gs /usr/local/share/ghostscript/5.50/examples/t= iger.ps As far as I know, GS 5.5 is build w/o default output device; e.g. try to setenv GS_DEVICE x11=09or=09export GS_DEVICE=3Dx11 before starting gs. Maybe something similar applies to GS6.
