I saw your commits.  I have two questions...not intended as criticism
but just looking for clarification:

1.  Why is your entity definition file called "hats.ent" and not
"hats.sgml"?  File defining entities in the www/ tree seem to have
*.sgml extensions (see developers.sgml).  I tried to ask you this in a
prior message, but apparently I didn't ask very clearly.

2.  Why did you define b.* entities for names of developers, rather
than use the existing a.* entities defined in developers.sgml?  (Yes,
I know you added links to email addresses, but you could easily add
that to the existing entities too.)

Again, this isn't intended as criticism.  I'm just trying to learn
what your reasoning was, to see if I missed something important.

PS.  OK, this one *is* a criticism.  Did you do a case-insensitive
search-and-replace to change "a." to "b."?  If so, consider that=20
"a." (or "A.") occurs in other places than entity names.  Ahem.  :-)
