wait, so there's no difference between powerdns and powerdns-devel?

I've got two reactions:

1) It's normally that the -devel version be disabled when it's the same, e.g.
set to IGNORE with recommendation to use release version

2) How useful is having two ports anyway?  Is it not feasible just to
maintainer one port?  or in other words, is the -devel port existence really
justified?
