Wasn't the policy here that we were to remain 'binary compatible' within RELENG_2_2 - ie, no changes that need userland rebuild should go into 2.2? Alex caught quite a bit of flak over changing the IPFW binary interface in RELENG_2_2 IIRC? BTW: It is usually prudent to give at least 24h warning - mail systems can sometimes be strange, and cvsup can often be differently routed than mail.
