	On teletypes it is carriage return then line feed, the reverse
order to typewriters. The reason being that the carriage return operation
takes longer than 1/30s (the tape reading speed) and so the line feed
happens in parallel with the return finishing leaving everything neat and
ready for the next line. If you put them the other way round the first
character of the next line is printed while the return is happening about a
quarter of the way across the page - at least on an ASR-33 that happens.
For reliable overprinting it is necessary to send a NUL after the CR to
soak up the time.
