Closing this as I have no more that hardware.

For the record: as work-around against repeating panics, ZFS deadman feature
was disabled but that did not solved slow data access problem being fatal f=
or
guest OSes inside bhyve virtual machines. So SSDs with bad TRIM performance
were replaced with NVMEs.
