Okay.. So then it looks like ipnat is not opening the local port for the re=
mote
ftp server to connect to.  I'm not sure why this would happen though unless
the local port was already in use or something.  But I would imagine ipnat =
would
know that ahead of time.  Sorry I can't draw a conclusion, just making an
observation.
