I checked the DNS entry's and they where all correct. After that i checked the /etc/hosts and saw that there was an error there. (the computername was listed multiple times with diverent IP's). After correcting this, xdm gave my Xserver a beautifull login prompt. :-) Thnx for helping me out guys!
